INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ART. 13, REGULATION N. 679/2016 (CD GDPR)
Dear Member,
pursuant to article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, we inform you that the Amateur Sports Association Roncegno Valsugana Golf Club (hereinafter the Association), based in Roncegno Terme (Trento), at the Centro Polisportivo in Via Ferme, as Data Controller, it will process - for the purposes and methods indicated below - the personal data that you will provide us at the time of the request for membership of the Association or membership
In particular, the Association will process the following personal data:
a) personal and identification data (name and surname and tax code, residence, e-mail);
b) health data (considered special data pursuant to art.9 GDPR);
c) video and photo shoots.
1.1 The aforementioned treatment is based on your consent for admission as a member to the Association and / or membership as an athlete at the Association; the treatment is aimed at carrying out the institutional activities of the Association (training, participation in competitions, competitions, sports championships, management of your administrative position within the Association and the Federation to which you belong, management of your insurance position).
1.2 The processing of data relating to your images and video footage is based on your consent and is aimed at publication on the website and / or on the pages / channels of the Association's social networks.
2.1.The data processing is carried out, also with the aid of electronic means, by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 Code and art. 4 n. 2) GDPR and more precisely: the processing of personal data may consist of the collection, registration, organization, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.
2.2. The data will be processed through the use of paper and / or computer tools. The data is stored in safe and closed places with anti-intrusion systems. The storage of computer data takes place through a personal computer; access to these systems is always password protected.
3.1 The provision of your data referred to in points a) and b) is mandatory for your admission to the Association. Refusal will therefore make it impossible to qualify you as a member and / or proceed with your membership.
3.2 The provision of data referred to in letter c) for the purposes referred to in point 1.2 is optional.
4.1. Except as provided in point 2.2. of this information, your personal data may be disclosed to public administrations, bodies, consultants, professionals, for legal obligations, as well as to insurance companies for the related obligations, to your federation of belonging and to other associations and / or sports clubs and / or teams participating in competitions.
4.2. Furthermore, the data provided will be communicated, or the President may, in any case, become aware of them as Data Processors.
4.3. The personal data referred to in letter c), subject to your specific consent, will be published on the website www.golfclubroncegno.it and / or on the Company's Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (or other social networks) page.
Personal data are stored on servers located in Italy.
The data will be kept for the entire period in which you maintain the status of Member of the Association / or registered athlete and in any case not beyond what is required for the purposes of the law.
